| Step 1 | Call a representative at 850-266-7827 and ask for a pre-qualification interview |
| Step 2 | If the pre-qualification in Step 1 is positive, Send $5.00 to YHIDC, P.O.Box 34127, Pensacola, FL 32507 and request the INFORMATION Packet, you will be sent a CD and some forms. |
| Step 3 | If the information on the CD sounds like something you are interested in, then fill out the forms you received and return them in the enclosed envelope with a check for $20.00 for the class material. Don't forget to send the pay stubs, copies of tax returns, and last two months of bank statements. |
| Step 4 | Set up a phone appointment with your representative to discuss your file |
| Step 5 | Work with your representative to arrange for the required 3 monthly payments or $1,500.00 for an Earnest Money Deposit, Down Payment or Option to Purchase. Remember you don't necessarily have to have the deposit in CASH. |
| Step 6 | Your representative will give you a list of houses from the Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or other sources that match your budget |
| Step 7 | You choose a house and sign the lease with option contract |
| Step 8 | The investor purchases the house |
| Step 9 | You pay for Credit Repair ($275 - $450 is the most you should pay) |
