YHIDC, was started in 2002 by a Bi-Vocational Minister.  This Minister saw the need for a platform where faith-based, and morally responsible business people could together build profits which could then be used to philanthropically fund ministries, organizations and civic groups which had as their purpose the glorifying of God by building community understanding and charitable assistance to those persons who need to be touched by the love of Christ. 

Philosophically, the Corporation values Faith in God, Respect for Morally-Responsible Individual Liberty, Educational Freedom, Responsible Freedom of Expression, Environmental Responsibility, Community Harmony, Simplified Living and Personal/Corporate Integrity. The Corporation adheres to the tenants of the early apostles of Christ and the Torah.
