This is a public service offered by YHIDC. This is not your average "get-out-of-debt" seminar this is a full 12 hour intense seminar that has two tracks

  • Track One - For  Organizations
  • Track Two - For Individuals/Families

This seminar is based on the premise that people of faith don't give more because (1) they don't understand the scriptural view of money and (2) how to use the world monetary system to their advantage and (3) they are destroyed financially by this ignorance. Their financial destruction, or at least enslavement,  deprives the Kingdom of God of resources that are needed to carry on the work of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This seminar contains vast biblical references and practical, big-picture concepts to help even the most financially challenged participants get a firm grip on their finances.

Track One is focused on the legal and financial pit falls facing ministries and civic organizations and explores how ministries can be perpetually funded without raising support or receiving donations.

Track Two is focused on the basics of the financial markets and personal financial independence.  When a participant completes this course, they will know exactly how to become financially independent and at what point they can become a philanthropist by living simply.

Preparing for Investing in Income Producing Real Estate
It is highly recommended that you use INVESTOR TOOL 1 & TOOL 3 (Sample Versions) before taking the time to take this course. It takes 3 hours on average to complete this course.  The purpose of this course is to prepare the potential Investor for the "Environment" that surrounds the investing market.  Rather than focusing on Real Estate directly, this course focuses on understanding the world financial market as a whole.  It is our contention that without a well-rounded view of the financial Market, an Investor in Real Estate is severely handicapped.  This course forces the potential Investor to look at their own financial planning BEFORE engaging in Investment Real Estate.  While this course may be elementary for the seasoned Professional Investor, it is a life saver for the individual looking at Investment Real Estate for the First Time.

This is a course that YHIDC developed for a non-profit foundation called America's Working Class Foundation, Inc.  The course teaches the basics of the Everybody Bank Theory (EBBT) of real estate investing from an "income" approach.  It shows the potential investor how to exponentially increase their return using the EBBT approach and discusses the risks involved.
